What we do
Building first: contracting, building and project management of refurbishments, extensions, conversions, new builds and commercial fit-outs. Alongside the build, property and land sourcing; introductions to lenders for mortgages, buy-to-let, bridging and development finance; and the sale, letting, leasing and flipping of residential and commercial property. Sourcing, finance, development and transactions are carried out in the UK and in selected international markets, with a named local contractor appointed in each market abroad.
What we are not
We are not a bank or a lender. We are not a fund. We are not a law firm, an accountancy practice or a financial adviser, and nothing we publish is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. On structured purchases, acquisition capital is provided by independent capital partners subject to their approval of the transaction.
Disclosures
- Every client receives the full fee schedule in writing before they buy.
- Building work is carried out open book, with the procurement margin stated as a percentage before the first order.
- Every referral and introduction fee is disclosed in writing, with the amount, before you proceed.
- Where we have a personal or financial interest in a property we are also sourcing, selling or letting, we disclose it in writing every time.
- Identity, address and source-of-funds checks apply to every participant in a transaction.
