A detached house taken from a bare field to a finished home. We stripped and levelled the site, laid an insulated raft, craned in the timber frame and closed it in before the winter, then finished it in render and local stone.

Leeds, West Yorkshire · 2024
A tired three-bedroom house taken back to brick and put together again. Rewired and replumbed throughout, walls hacked off and reskimmed, new stairs and landing, and every room decorated before handover.
What we did
Strip out, rewire, replumb, plaster, joinery, staircase, decoration.

Wilmslow, Cheshire · 2024
The old kitchen came out, the room was reset and levelled, and the units went back in around a hand-laid stone splashback with lighting under the wall cabinets. The stonework was set piece by piece on site.
What we did
Strip out, first fix, units and worktops, stone feature wall, lighting.
